All Rental and Deposits Must be Paid in Full Prior to Occupancy. Balance due ( if any ) at Check In must be Cash or Certified Cheque. Security Deposit balances will be returned by mail the week following occupancy. ( Security Deposits are Required )

Cottage must be left in same condition as Found and Tenants are responsible for ordinary Cleanliness, Repair of damage caused by the willful neglect or negligent conduct by the Tenant and other occupants and guests.

Occupancy is limited to those listed on Tenancy Agreement. Unauthorized guests shall be subject to a daily charge. Lost or misplaced keys are $ 20.00 each.

Advance rental ( 1/2 of Rental Fee ) is required within 10 days of booking for all reservations or Reservation can be lost.

All guests and occupants must abide by the posted rules and regulations which include parking , garbage and recycling placement, noise and other municipal bylaws.

A pre and post occupancy checklist will be provided.
